What are your "go-to" healthy snacks?

I am suffering from a serious sweet tooth after dinner.  I would love to have some ideas to battle this situation! :)

  • I really love those mini bags of kettle corn.  Sweet, salty, and only 1 ww point for the entire bag.  Fills you up pretty well!

For a sweet tooth moment, I'll generally have cereal and pretend it's dessert.  Sometimes it works.  Or a pudding pop or one of those Skinny Cow ice cream sandwiches.

If I'm on the run, it's a McD's vanilla cone.  3 ww pts?  I think.  GL!

  • frosted mini wheats Huh?

after the 5th or 6th handful, the bloat takes over and you won't care to eat anything else.

  • Clementines.

    Green/red/yellow/orange pepper slices.

    Yogurt.

Peanut butter and a few crackers.

  • Almonds, cheese sticks and pretzels. If I want sweet, 100 cal Oreo cakesters are good, WW brownies aren't so bad either.

  • Well, I don't think they're very healthy, but I eat the 100 calorie chocolate covered pretzels. I also eat apples with a bit of peanut butter, a slice of wheat toast with a little bit of peanut butter, or a bowl of instant oatmeal.

  • A couple handfuls of dry cereal (granola, Trader Joe's High Fiber O's or Barbara's Shredded Oats, usually), blueberries, yogurt, an apple or 2 Dove Dark Chocolates (they're about 40 calories each).

  • I totally second the 100 calorie bags of kettle corn. I'm completely addicted.

Another favorite- frozen grapes. They seem to take a long time to eat as well which makes you feel like you're getting more!

And my weirdo contribution- toasted light bread with peanut butter and grape nuts. Fold it in half, it tastes like a candy bar I swear.
