  Allie.  When I see the Ally spelling it makes me think of something like, "England is our ally".

  I'm clearly in the minority but I prefer Ally. Allie looks like it should be pronounced "all-ee" to me.

  If we would have had a girl we were going to go Allison with Allie spelling as the nickname.  Ally-makes me think of a bowling alley.

  Ally- I always thought it was cute too (though I was going for Alyssa)

  Melanie Paige was born 7/7/10 @ 8:48 AM- 7 lbs 4 oz, 19 in! Lana Michelle was born 1/9/07 @ 9:40 AM- 6 lbs 14.5 oz, 19.5 in!

  Allie, but my good friend named Allison goes by Alli and I have another that does by Ali. I actually don't know any Allie or Allys. Allison is a beautiful classic...I would just call her Allison.

  LOL.. Being an Alison, with one 'l', myself I'd for sure say Ally or Allie are both good.. tho Ally is a bit different and really cute.. I am called 'allie' but it has always been spelled a-l-i... NOT COOL!
