Why don't they want to eat!!? (3.5 months)

So my boys have decided that eating (and napping) is overrated!.

They act like they are starving, I start feeding them and about 1-2 oz later they either start freaking out or they push out the nipple with their tongue and refuse to eat more.  I try burping them and nothing....then I don't try to feed them and they start to cry (because they ARE hungry!).  Each feeding is now taking me like an hour! It's so frustrating.  At the end they do eat, but it takes one-on-one attention, rocking, singing and lots of patience :/ 

 They eat every 3 hours anywhere from 4-6 oz each time (when they used to eat like normal hungry babies!).

 What could it be???

    Not sure;  mine have been doing this on and off. Very frustrating.   A few thoughts:

    1.  Gassy? 

    2.  Distracted- increasing awarness of their environment!!!...yep, have to sing to mine.   I sometimes give them a toy to hold while feeding them.   

    4.  Nipple size....are you still using a LEVEL one?  Maybe try advancing to a level 2.  They might be bored or not getting enough bang for their suck!!!:)
