Wellbutrin and Breastfeeding-Need info please

My MD increased my dosage today to 100mg twice a day.  They said to watch out for side effects in the baby since I'm trying to breast feed.  Anyone else dealing with this, and have you noticed anything in your LO? Worried about effecting her with the meds, and don't want to cause any problems for her.

    I've been on wellbutrin for years. My doc did not want to take me off when I got pregnant and said it should be safe for bfing. While a small amount may be transferred during nursing, it is not going to affect baby (all coming from my doc). I am trying not to worry about it, b/c I know that I can not stop taking it. I am hoping my Doc would not put me on medication that would harm my LO.

    I was on Wellbutrin throughout my pregnancy, and breastfed my LO until 4 months. I never noticed any side effects while I was breastfeeding, and he didn't have any issues when I transitioned him to formula either. 

    I take 150 mg once a day.

    I bfed with wellbutrin, no problems.  i think i was on 100mg.

    I'm still waiting to hear from my LO's pedi, but I have to start taking it, I think the benefits far out weigh the risks!
