i found this great blog with tons of south beach recipes....i know a lot of the pcos girls follow it....so i'd thought i'd share :)

    For Thanksgiving my mom made most of the recipes from that website.  The meal tasted better than ever and only she and I knew how healthy and diet friendly for me everything was.  I am a terrible cook so I don't follow many of the recipes, but I am a fan when other people cook them!

    Thanks, I will have to check this out when I have more time... the little bit I looked at looks good though!  A stuffed zucchini recipe stood out to me, can't wait to try it!  I always need more SB recipes... it gets so old after awhile.  :)
