how many kids did you want to have?

The husband and I want(ed) four. I don't really know how that will change now, but I'm certain this new life plan will make things very different for us.

We have always wanted 2.

And, we knew about our IF issues before we started trying - so it has stayed the same.

God had other plans though.....

Always have wanted two. I was also terrified of having twins and said I never wanted that. Now I pray I have twins and if we do, I will def. go for a 3rd one day.

I wanted four as well. Actually when I was much younger I wanted four bio kids and possibly 2-3 adopted kids. As it turns out I may not be able to have either thanks to IF and I fell in love with a guy who is not sure he wants to adopt.

I wanted 4, but I wasn't sure time wise we would be able to fit them. LOL! Now I look back and think really? really?

Now my husband wanted 2 and agreed to settle for 3 granted that we would reassess at anytime.

Used to want 4. Now I will be happy if I can get one healthy live baby out of all this. Although in an ideal world, we will get twins and never have to go through fertility treatments again.

Even before IF we weren't looking for a large family. DH always said 2 maybe 3. I would say 1 maybe 2. Now DH says 1 maybe 2.

We wanted two, three only if twins were involved somehow.

Right now we're happy with the one we're getting. We'll probably try on our own a bit after this one's born, and go back for our frosties if we have no luck. But we'll never do full-out fertility treatment again.

I always wanted 3 or 4 (or 5), DH wanted to cap it at 2. Not sure what will happen now. Ideally, this next IVF will work and we'll have frosties... a girl can dream, right?

6. no lie. I come from a rather large family - I'm the 7th of 8. DH's is an only child and always wanted siblings.

Well, I had always wanted 3 but given my age I was happy for 2, I was lucky and have 1 so I am so blessed and thankful for that, #2 isn't being as cooperative so I am hoping for 2 and then the shop is closed! both dh and I are 38..btw he also had said he wanted 3 but by the time we got married, 2 was his answer!

We did want 4, then 2.... now facing necessary medical treatments that'll limit my ability so I'd be thrilled to have just 1 before I have to have everything removed & loose total ability. Praying for twins...
