Okay im on day 8 and switched to level 2 two days ago. Its pretty intense and i love it. I really need to lose 20 lbs by my birthday April 24th. Should i be doing extra Cardio on top of the dvd workout? I cant run but have a spinning bike in my place. So im wondering should i spin every other day for 30 min and keep to the dvd everyday??? I eat fairly healthy, lots of veggies...?

If I remember correctly, I think the shred is supposed to be done with a cardio being done 3x weekly... I think. Either way, It can't hurt.
