Need some dust!

Alex woke up and told me his throat hurt- as I was getting his breakfast he laid down on the couch and went back to sleep! Unheard of- he's normally SO bouncy in the morning.

He was super hot- I gave him Motrin and he went back to bed for an hour. My stupid digital thermometer is out of batteries (keep an extra set at home, ladies!) and the stupid ear one we have as a back up was stuck on celcius! I spent an hour in bed with him terrified of another febrile seizure. He's perked up now but still warm.

I think he's around 101ish and I'm taking him in to the pedi at 11:15. It sounds bad to say- but I hope it ends up to be an ear infection or something else rather than a virus- we have a ton of fun plans this weekend and the last thing we need is to all be sick!!! I hope it's something they can give him medicine for.

I'll update after the pedi- but any dust would be appreciated! TIA!!

Lots of dust for poor little Alex. I hope the pedi is able to fix him up so he can enjoy the weekend. Remember if your thermometer is stuck on C you can always find a conversion with google so you can know what it is in F.
