I'm just wondering because it seems like a lot of people are posting pictures of their bumps, and I have no bump, not even the start of one it appears. Just wondering if anyone else is in the same boat!
just this morning I looked at myself and thought "I can't hide this much longer". I haven't told any1 from work yet but I may start getting questions soon because my belly is not flat.
My belly is no longer flat and I've gained a few lbs. I'm sure I'm going to get questions soon. I try to hide it with loose shirts. But remember everybody's body is different.
I didn't start showing until 15-17 wks with my first, I'm 12 weeks now and I'm just beginning to round a little bit. Honestly any first timer showing before 12 weeks is a joke, because your uterus doesn't even get big enough to come out from behind your pubic bone until then.
ETA: There are some who show a little earlier then 12 weeks, especially if they are super thin, but what is showing isn't baby just everything getting pushed up to make room for baby.
with my first, i went up 4 cup sizes between 6 and 8 weeks, so that was pretty noticeable! my belly popped exactly at 12w1d. one day i was not showing, the next day i was.
with this baby, i've been wearing my be band since 6 weeks. i have a small belly and will probably be showing in a couple weeks.

I am showing now, some. (8wks) but before I was pregnant I wore a size 0. I'm sure most of it is bloat but it does feel nice to have something popping out there.
I still get people amazed. "OMG your showing already. Are you sure your only 8 weeks? How much weight have you gained? You better be careful it's not unhealthy weight."
With my first child I started showing when I was about 4 mo, but I'm sure with this one it will come alot sooner, although I'm not showing yet and I'm about 9 weeks now.
I'll be 12 weeks on Saturday and while I am not "showing" my stomach is thicker - unfortunately my thighs are too It's all something I notice but nothing others are noticing much - other than DH.
With my first daughter I started with a bump around 16 weeks, my second around 13 weeks. This is my 3rd and at this point I just look bloated. I expect to see a small bump around 13 weeks with this one but I will probably not look pg until 16-18 weeks.
No bump yet, but my stomach feels 'hard' right about my pubic bone in the center.
I'm curious about when I'll show. I've got a very long torso (with stubby little legs, lol) and I know long torsos tend to hide the baby longer, but I've also always had a very flat stomach (I carry fat in my butt and love handles) so it'll be interesting to see when I 'pop'!

I have a long torso too. Maybe I wont show for a while then. It's also my first baby, so I guess I shouldn't be too worried that I'm not showing already.
I had the typical bloat from 10-14 weeks, then the start of a bump at 15, and then a DEFINITELY bump at 16 weeks, and now its huge Be patient, you'll be bumping it before you know it!
i started showing slightly around 12w, i have a short torso and long legs, and women with shorter torsos generally show earlier then those with long torsos. although i could be showing sooner because my doctor thinks i might be 15 - 16 weeks along, im getting an ultrasound next wed to determin this.
Re: When did you start showing?
late late 12 wks/13 wks and I can still hide it with a big shirt and sweater.
(see my post a few posts below labeled 5 wks, 6 wks, 8 wks, holy cow 13 wks pics)

I noticed around 13-14 weeks, but it was really low, small and easy to hide. Everyone else noticed around 17-18 weeks.

I'm almost 14 weeks, and I notice my stomach feels "harder."
I always had a slight roll though - so I think any bump is buried under a layer of flab :-)
