THANKS!! Well I have to say I can't complain too much because it has been a very benign uneventful pregnancy. I'm praying for you to have some good relaxation and good healthy rest of your pregnancy! Overall I'm doing pretty good, but just exhausted from the aches and pains and it's frustrating because my mind is awake and wants to be active, but my body won't listen! I cant' even nest anymore Tongue Tied NEVER thought that would happen!

  • Awww thanks love. I've had a very eventful pregnancy unfortunately, but it's okay. I was told it was going to take me a few years to conceive because of my endometriosis but it only took 7 months so this pregnancy is a blessing whether it's enjoyable or not. I can't wait til my little girl gets here. =) And I can't wait til you have your LO because I am already uncomfortable with this big belly! I know you have to be uncomfortable!
  • your check ins are keeping me sane!

on friday i'll have my membranes stripped which i have heard is super fun and relaxing Tongue Tied  my OB is all for waiting til 42 wks before induction, which i guess i am fine with.  obvs, i don't want an induction but lordy... 11 more days?

no contrax today. had some yesterday.  last check i was 2cms and have been losing my MP since saturday.  come on, baby...

Oh wow!! Endometriosis.....NO fun!! They thought I might have had that at one point because of how painful my menstrual cramps were, but nope I was fortunate. I'm sorry to hear about that but soooooo glad you didn't have to TTC for TOO long. lol seriously.....when the bumpies start getting to mine and Cali's point you do start wanting to hear about them popping huh? I was like that with shimmerairbrush and Juliejb. I know of one other ...milesofsmiles I think is her name. I was very blessed to not be uncomfy for the majority of this pregnancy. The last 2 weeks have been the worst.

Oh! I'm so glad you like the check in hehe I think I'll start doing it a little earlier for those on the East coast.  IF they are able to strip my membranes on Saturday I won't get induced, but if they can't, then induction it is. BOO! 11 more days to anyone else wouldn't seem long, but to us super preggers...um yah! HANG IN THERE LADY.  Hey you have some progress so that's good. Losin the plug and 2cms...I'm thinkin you are going to pop before that induction date considering how far along you are. I'm so closed I haven't seen one single plug booger! sorry if that's TMI..but seriously even a tiny speck of the plug would be nice. I'm tired of seeing a blank white pantyliner!!!! lol

LIKEWISE!! It's so nice to see the same ladies in here who stay positive. I'll admit I haven't really tried to get very "Social" but now I am. I don't even have a labor buddy lol never even looked into that. I figure I can update from my phone and stuff.

Babies are exciting PERIOD! Well you know I will still be hanging around to see your progress! I have a few friends who are 5 weeks and 8 weeks behind me.

  • I'm still here too! Same boat, no contractions or anything other than feeling completely normal. On a more positive note, I did have a nice day with the hubby and went to the movies and lunch. Was nice to get out of the house...

Hello there fellow Marine wifey!! Glad to see ya! Yah that does sound like an awesome day!  What movie did ya see? I get excited to just leave the house to get the mail lol Today we got to go to WalMART! wooo whoooo I indulged in some chicken strips from Carl's Jr ....yummmmmmmmmmy! I feel like I have cabin fever so bad with not working. I don't know how SAHW can just sit at home all day and do nothing and be happy!

  • Yea I have been going stir crazy lately just sitting around, and the hubby works 14 hour days so they are LONG boring days at home with the doggy. I feel like a ticking timb bomb that can any minute go into labor. Although I'm pretty much lost all hope and fully expecting to make it to my induction on Tuesday night.

We saw Book of Eli. It was ok, thankfully not nearly as much blood and guts as I had expected there to be. Was raining when we got out of the theatre so we went and had soup and panini's at Panera Bread.

  • Stir crazy barely describes it huh?? lol I put "tick tick tick....." as an update on my Facebook the other day (referencing I'm a ticking time bomb lol) I feel the same way that all hope is lost......but it's not........not until we walk through the doors and have the induction started! Gotta keep thinking that!

DH and I were supposed to go see that movie this past Saturday! But we opted for Blockbuster "just in case" since the hospital is so far away. yummmm ...Panera is the bomb!!! This weather has been crazy lately huh? I've lived here my whole life and NEVER seen a tornado here until yesterday!

I HATE those long days...fortunately my DH is "off cycle" from SOI right now so he's getting to be home, but he goes back on cycle after the 10 day leave from when the baby comes. Then it's back to looong ass days. booooo

Well mama I'm going to TRY to get some sleep..."JUST IN CASE". lol You have a good night and hang in there. IF I don't talk to you ladies tomorrow.....it's a good reason!

  • Hey! It's not all bad being a SAHW! lol I get a lot done. I get my house cleaned, I cook DH a nice dinner just about every night. On days that I wanna just relax, I watch movies. And if I feel the need to get outta the house, I do. =) Just because you're a SAHW doesn't necessarily mean you have to "stay at home". lol <3=)

  • Sad I'm still here. I had my membranes stripped yesterday and last night I was having some strong irregular contractions and severe diarrhea and I lost a piece of my MP. After falling asleep everything seems to have gone away. I did decline my doctor for an induction. Hopefully I can move around enough to get something stirred back up.
  • Still here as well...induction scheduled Friday.  At my appointment yesterday, OB said I was almost 4cm and my bag of water was buldging. Some painful irregular contractions all week, which are keeping me up tonight.  I feel like I have gotten this far, my body should be able to just go into labor.  27 hours left of being pregnant!!! I don't want an induction, but at this point, for my health and the health of the baby, I am willing to be induced.  My OB said he thought he would just break my water, and my body should start having more regular contractions.  Keeping my fingers crossed for no pitocin!
  • I guess I'm a member of this unfortunate club now. I am 2cm, 75% effaced and 'very soft'. My MP has been gone for more than a week now.  Saw my doc yesterday who does not think I'll make it through the weekend. I hope she is right!

Regardless, I'm on the induction list and I'll get a call on Monday to be scheduled sometime next week. I was induced last pregnancy because of pre-e and it was a great experience so I'll happily do it again. Pitocin does not frighten me.  Smile

  • Nothing to show here.  41 weeks pregnant today... I keep getting emails that say: "Your baby at 1 week..."  nice.... no actually my baby is still baking!!  We go in tomorrow morning for our second shot at induction hopefully we don't get bumped and have to stay home AGAIN...
