Question where to stay & what to do...

Hello ladies!!  Thought you might be able to help me out.  My DH & I are going on a cruise out of Tampa the middle of Feb.  We are going to be down there a couple of days early just to hang out and bum around. Where should we stay at (good location for lots of fun things & not to far from the cruise terminal) & what sort of fun things should we try & check out.  TIA!!

    Channelside is pretty nice (restaraunts, movies, aquarium, bowling) and of course there is Busch Gardens not too terribly far from there (not within walking distance though). Hopefully that gives you a couple ideas or a starting point. :)

    Channelside is nice lots of stuff to do. I like the aquarium very nice. Also you could take a drive to St. Pete. The boardwalk is nice. Treasure Island is nice too. Both are about 30 min drive south from Tampa. The drive is nice on the water for most of the trip. Have fun.

    Channelside is lots of fun. And the Florida Aquarium.
