Hi, I'm from the DC area but will be flying down for a week to Tampa on Wednesday.

How is the weather? What are people wearing right now?

I'm also bringing DD, and I'm concerned about bringing the appropriate clothiing to dress her in.

Please advise... TIA!

    The weather is finally nice here again! 70s for the day and high 40s low 50s at night. Yesterday was like 75 and I was actually hot in the long sleeve shirts I was in. I would bring jeans and maybe capris with both short and long sleeve shirts and light jacket and or sweater. The weather calls for the above temps all week but the weather can change so quickly here without warning! Have a nice trip!

    I agree with the PP on how quick weather can change here. Definitely bring both jeans and capris/shorts. And a light jacket. The weather is great right now though, especially close to the coast, like Tampa. If you have free time on your trip, try visiting the Florida Aquarium, tickets are cheap and it's a really fun place! Lots of interactive things for kids, and a wet playground. Have a fun trip!
