i don't feel like going through all that again. we had the combi cosmo and i liked it until i flew my myself and realized it was impossible to fold and hold shane at the same time.
and i really don't want to spend more than 150-175.

lol. i guess i could have been a little more specific.
lightweight and easy to fold is a must. we just use it for walks, malls, etc. i like having a basket, but i know most of them in the smaller strollers suck

It's a little more than your price range but I love love love my City Mini. Being able to fold it with one hand was a HUGE selling point for me. I'm able to hold DD with one arm and fold and throw into the trunk with the other.

yeah, i've been thinking about getting one. we'll get about half from my dad and i can probably hold off a few weeks and upgrade to that.

We have the double and even that is easy to fold and heft. And it handles like a dream.

I can hold DD with one arm and fold the stroller up and lift it into the trunk with the other! I think it's about 17 lbs. I seriously love it! And on diapers.com they have it the cheapest using the 10% new customer code.
I adore our Baby Jogger City Mini. It was between that and a Bob for us, but it was much less expensive ($225) and I actually liked it more. It's a good size, folds easily and compactly (I can do it with DD in my arms), and handles bumps pretty well (not as well as a Bob with a suspension and air tires, but better than most strollers). I really like the awesome telescoping shade and the bar handle, which is much easier to steer one-handed than an umbrella stroller. The disadvantages are no cup holder and a small under basket.

I have the Quinny Zapp. It is thirteen pounds and folds up easily once you get the hang of it. I can do it with one hand. I loooooove it.
Here's a video that will show you how it folds and works in general.

ETA: I bought it from Albee Baby with free shipping. I think that they still have a few on sale.
Ditto this. We have the City Elite and will be getting a city mini if we ever get another stroller. This company makes great strollers!
