At what size is a follicle considered to be mature enough where they can retrieve an egg?

With IVF, when do they know when to trigger if all the follicles are all different sizes?

with ivf, they tend to trigger you when you have a bunch of follicles that are in the 18mm range.

18 - 20 is what my clinic likes to see. Your follies will all be different sizes, but hopefully they will be between 16-22.

My RE said that for our up coming IVF cycle he consideres the follies ready when they are between 18 and 20.

Trigger usually when the majority of follies are around 15-18.

Where are you in your cycle now? Have you had a monitoring appt?
