Yep, DS is 33 inches and 32lbs. He's 14 months. He's already in 2t. I bought his shorts in 3t for this summer. I'm sure they'll still be big but I want to make sure they fit.

DD was 34" and 25 lbs at her 18 month appt on Friday. She's grown 3 inches in 4.5 months. DH is 6'4", so I'm hoping she gets height from his side. I'm scraping 5'4" and I'm considered tall in my family.
I don't know if he is a giant, but he was 32 inches at his 12 month appointment and 25 pounds. He is gonna be a tall one.
DD #1 passed away in January 2011 at 14 days old due to congenital heart disease
DD#2 lost in January 2012 at 23 weeks due to anhydramnios caused by a placental abruption
Considering my 15 month old is nearly as tall as Punk's 3 year old (and he was the tallest of the other toddlers at our gtg), I think he's pretty giant.
My DS is off the charts for height and always has been. Actually when I tried to update his height on his growth chart last month it told me I couldn't input a number that high for his age.
At 21 months he's 38.5in and about 35lb.
He's back on the charts for weight but wears a size 4T - 5T and a size 10 shoe
Yup, my 18 month old is almost 3 feet tall and almost 30 lbs. He gets mistaken for a 2.5 year old all the time. I thought I was safe buying 2T winter clothes but he's steadily moving to 3T already. I have no idea what size to buy for summer!
Yup, DD was almost 35 inches at her 18 month appointment, which is 100th percentile. She also grew almost 3 inches from her 15 month appointment to her 18 month appointment.
We have lots of giants in our families- my brother is 6'2'', my cousin is 6'4''.
Re: Does anyone else have a giant for a kid?
Yes..giant here too.
33"
28lbs
My husband and I are both tall/big...so it's in the cards.
Oh good... As long as she isnt alone! She was a peanut a birth... 6lbs 9 oz and 18.25 inches!
I am hoping 2t will fit her for the summer!... she has no butt so everything falls down!
Spider Pig was 35.14 lbs and 35.5" tall at his 18 month appointment at the beginning of this month.
He wears a size 3T and 8.5 wide for shoes.
aokiedokie
Giant here too.
95% height
85% weight
And then the pedi asked if large heads run in our family because she jumped above the top curt this time.
A skinny giant- 98% for height and 10% for weight.
We have to buy euro sized clothing because the american sizing is so wide that the pants all fall down or have to be taken in.
Yes. My DD is almost 20 months old, but could pass as a 2.5 year old or small 3 year old it seems. Based on the scale at home, she is 30 lbs.
At her 18 month appointment, she was 35 inches tall (100%+) and 28 lbs.
Her stomach is huge, but her limbs are long and not chubby. I think she is going to take after my tall (6'3") husband. I am only 5'6"
