There aren't any bradley classes that I can find, but I did find Birth Partners in Waterbury https://www.birthpartnersdoulas.com/ and I signed up for their classes in January, they hold the classes at Waterbury Hospital.
if all else fails look into prenatal yoga classes. you learn a lot of breathing techniques and positions for labor i go to one in manchester. we have one woman from west hartford and she said although there is a studio in west hartford it is totally worth the drive to manchester.
I have not had any luck finding any in this area but I did find this website that has been helpful: https://home.earthlink.net/~kkdombi/cbr_index.html. There is also a prenatal/gentle yoga class right in Southington (I know, I was so excited when I found it!) The class is at Natural Path Therapy (by Quinn's Tavern and Wachovia). The class is on Saturday mornings at 10:30. I have been going for the past few weeks and it is a great class. Hope this helps.
