Do you use a bigger diaper at night?

My little chunkster is quickly outgrowing his size 1s...particularly at night. Does anyone use a bigger size at night when changings aren't as frequent?

For some reason, he pees a TON at night and peed out of two diapers (and jammies & swaddlers) last night. Diaper was on nice and tight, penis pointed down, etc...yet I had to strip him down twice. I'm thinking I need to move his chunky butt up to the next size. And of course I *just* opened a jumbo box of size 1s. Hmmph.

    Well I cloth diaper (mostly), but yes we use more padding at night.  The only time I ever have overflows is with the freaking disposable diapers.  Makes me so mad, they are supposed to be easier!

    I put DD in a size one at night and also if she is due for a poop. Otherwise, we're still in newborns. She's right between sizes and I'd rather the extra room at night!

    We are just about to move into 2s as well but we have been using 2s at night for the last 2 weeks or so.

    we just started putting lo in a bigger diaper at night, but i still change her if i hear that she does a poop, so the larger size isn't really necessary.  i think i'm going to go back to just newborn size at night and just expect diaper changes.
