Daycare/Nanny recommendations in Morris County

I am just beginning my 21st week and am starting to seriously look into daycare options in the Parsippany, Denville, Rockaway, Morris Plains/Morristown area. Does anyone have recommendations in the area?

 I would love to find a babysitter/nanny close-by, but am not sure where to start. Daycare could give great socialization too, but all seem so scary!

 Any help would be GREATLY appreciated!!!!

    My daughter has gone to Mountain Lakes Country Day School since she was 8 months old.  She's now 4 and is in their preschool program.  I've always been very happy with the school.   It's on Rt 46, eastbound side, very close to Denville and Parisppany.  I live in Rockaway and it takes me 10-12 minutes to get there.
