He ordered divorce papers off of legalzoom.com, and brought them by and visited with dd for a whopping 35 minutes!
Our mortgage payment has not been paid for the last two months...and he tried to put that I was responsible for the mortgage payment, knowing that it was being foreclosed next month. I litterally LOL while reading this.
He put down that I will have sole custody, he either doens't give a damn about dd for real, or he doesn't know what the hell it means....I'm not telling him any different!
He wants to leave me with no car, no house, and no money...knowing that when he left my job was ending in less then a month.
I am just now starting to get pissed off about the whole situation,but omg.WTH This is not the person that I married and I am still in shock.
HE has lost his damn mind,and has something else coming for him!
I currently have the papers and will be finding a lawyer asap...he is not getting out of this for $30!

If you are only 2 months late why are you going to be foreclosed next month? Don't you need to be 6 months behind for them to foreclose?
You need to find a lawyer ASAP. Time is of the essence because no one is paying for your home, and that needs to change.
As of feb6, we will be behind 3 months, which I believe is the earliest that they start it.
Realistically speaking, none of us can afford to pay it right now, I knew this all along. I tried to convince him right after we had the baby that we needed to try and sell it. He didn't want to listen to me.
