Well, I use to drink about three, maybe four cups a day. When we were TTC I started the change from regular coffee to decaf in anticipation; however, since being pg I really do not want coffee. It is really weird, but it just does not taste good and is not appealing. I have, maybe, had 3 / 4 cups in the last 4 weeks.
The only "coffee" I can handle at this point is an iced cappuchino from Tim Hortons. I get a large each morning I'm at work (usually) which is about the size of a medium coffee at McDonalds. I really have no idea how much coffee is actually in it. I have my doubts!
I drink a decaf latte on the weekend, but that's about it. I tried drinking decaf coffee during the week in place of my regular and it tasted awful. I just cut it out completely except for that weekend latte now.
So I am sitting here drinking a cup right now...It will be my one and only for the day! I am addicted to coffee...before this bun in the over, I would drink upwards of 5 cups a day...once I found out I was able to just make up my mind to only have one a day! I think that it is finding the balance...healthy for baby and sanity for me! (baby won the smokes...hands down! I did not even put up a fight!)
BFP#2 May 29/12 EDD Feb 3/13 M/C June 9/12 @ 6 weeks
BFP#3 August 12/12 (It rained all day and then at dinner we saw a rainbow... and had a BFP just before bed!) EDD April 21/12
I was drinking 2 cups of half-caf per day until it started making me puke. My MW wasn't concerned about caffeine so long as I kept it under 200mgs per day. I did the same thing with DD.
I was never a coffee drinker to begin with but I like to have a cup on the weekends. But since I was sick the last few weeks coffee has just been making it worse so I've basically stopped drinking it.
no coffee because i just don't like it right now...even though i used to love it. but I am having 8 oz or so of coke a few times a week when i feel crappy...it just settles my stomach and makes me feel better.
I use to drink 2 cups a day but since I got preggo I haven't even wanted it. Mostly bc the thought of it in the morning makes me want to puke. haha! I start my morning off with a carnation instant breakfast drink and about an hour later I make a fruit smoothie
I used to drink a large travel mug every day, but I have completely cut it out. The first week I had some minor headaches, but after that I've been fine. I don't even miss it.

When I got pregnant with DS kept drinking 1 cup a day which is what I drank before we got pregnant. The only time I stopped drinking coffee was when MS kicked in. Once that was over I went back to my 1 cup a day.
Before I got preg. I had cut down to two cups a day.(at one point I was drinking 4 cups/day) Now I've been drinking a cup in the morning and 1/2 cup in the afternoon. I think that's going to change though b/c I noticed that after my cup this morning I feel like Im going to barf. When I was preg. with DS I couldn't drink it at all in the first two trimesters with out feeling sick. Then durning the third I usually had a cup a day.(or night since that's when I worked)
Whenever I feel like it:) Maybe 3-4 cups a week. I have Chai Lattes once in a while, too. I'm not overly concerned about it. I don't ever drink enough so that I can feel the effects.....
I normally drink 1 cup every morning from M-F but nothing on the weekend but now trying to cut to none (it hasn't work yet)....for some reason I sometime crave for a hazelnut latte once a week and confirm with my OB to make sure its okay and she said that just as long as I ONLY have no more than 1 cup per day, it should be okay. And I'm consider to be "high risk" pregnancy b/c of multiple miscarriages..
I've done a little research on this subject and it all depends on who you go to for your prenatal care, some Dr. say no while others say 1 to 2 cup per day doesn't harm the emybro/fetus/baby....
I am not drinking coffee. I used to drink 3 cups a day and a couple cans of soda. I quit cold turkey after I found out is was pg. I had 4 days of hell but I don't want to risk anything. My doctor told me 1 cup a day was ok after the first tri mester, but during the first tri some studies had shown in increase in miscarraiges. Now that I am entering second tri and my fatigue is fading I don't really feel like I need it. I tried haveing a decaf iced coffee thismorning but it wasn't as good.

Wow, I am surprised at all of you that don't drink coffee at all, or that gave it up. I am still having my morning cup, don't know if I'd function at all without it. But if I have any afternoon/evening cravings for it, I have some decaf.
Not really. The acidity doesn't really agree with me. I had a little last week but I just couldn't finish it. Unfortunately I've been having heachaches without it
I didn't drink it much during the first tri only b/c it wasn't appealing to me. Now, I drink 3-4 times a week. My DR. said up to two cups a day were fine as long as I balanced the portion with water. So, 2 cups coffee=2 cups water soon after.
With this pregnancy it's making me too sick. I still have a small cup every couple days. With my last, I switched to half caf and drank about 2 cups everyday.
Yes, I drink coffee. I drink less than I did before, but I need my morning caffiene fix if I am going to stay awake for the day. I drink about 1/2 cup in the morning and 1/2 cup in the afternoon. They say you can have 300mg of caffiene, safely, a day.
If you google it, they'll give you examples of what is considered 300 mg of coffee.
Everything in moderation. I had a medium rare piece of prime rib on Friday and the ultrasound of the baby turned out just fine on Monday.

half a cup.
I avoided caff completely, though, until the neural tube closed. Then I started back to half a cup a day.
I used to drink a cup or two a day. But, now the smell of coffee grosses me out.
I know a lot of people who have enjoyed a cup of coffee per day while pregnant and everything turned out fine for them.
