bleeding after membrane stripping

Has anyone experienced bleeding after their membranes were stripped? If so, how much? I had mine stripped this am, and when I went to the bathroom I had some bright red bleeding.

    I had it done with DS and had some bleeding just like from an internal. If its more than just spotting or persists and continues to bleed call your dr otherwise it is normal to have some

    Bloody show or blood-tinged mucus is normal afterwards. I had mine done with DS and with this one last week. After she did it she explained that some pinkish-ness was normal, but anything "bright red" was "different". She didn't specify good or bad...so thats not much help, but it may be worth a quick call to your drs office to double check.?

    Yes, and my OB said it was normal. If it seems excessively heavy you should call your OB.

    After I had it done when i had ds I had a little bit of bleeding that day... the next day I had pinkish leakage and in the afternoon that day my water broke.  When I originally called due to the weird pink/watery discharge the nurse said it was normal and only to call back or come in if i had a big gush... as soon as i got off the phone with her i gushed.
