1tbsp Mc Cormick's montreal steak seasoning, 1/4 cup olive oil and 2 tbsp soy sauce. Mix in a ziplock bag, throw the steaks in and marinate for 30 min. It's awesome and the steaks are so tender.
its not a marinade but we use brown sugar, black pepper and kosher salt as a rub and its devine! 2tbsp brown sugar, 1.5 tsp black pepper, 1/5tsp kosher salt is enough for a small steak

Re: Can I have your quick, easy steak marinade recipe?
Soy sauce, crushed garlic, minced fresh ginger, brown sugar and scallions (and some sweet sake if I have it on hand) is a yummy one.
Usually though I just drizzle it with good olive oil, rub in some sea salt and cracked black pepper and we're good to go.
There's always Wish-Bone Italian dressing - that's what my mom always used! Doesn't get much easier.
I've tried all of these!!
I also use Soy-aki. It's a soy/teriyaki blend... they sell it at Trader Joe's
1/2 bottle of Moore's (or Dale's), 1 stick melted butter, 3 minced cloves of garlic.
Let marinate.
ditto the italian dressing.
