For the first time in YEARS I ovulated! God Bless Femara!!! If only my husband wasn't on a TDY. It's progress to say the least.

5 REs + 3 surgical hysteroscopies for septum/lap + 3 failed IUIs
IVF w/ICSI/AH & acu = BFP!, unexplained spontaneous m/c @ 8w2d (our little girl),
FET w/acu = BFP!, B/G twins!, lost MP @19w, dx w/funneling cervix @20w,
twins nearly lost to IC @21w, saved by rescue cerclage, 17P & 16w of bedrest

After 2 years & 2 losses, our little man arrived 8-2011.
Woo hoo! This gives me hope. I don't ovulate on my own apparently. Clomid did nothing for me either. I am about to start taking Femara in 2 days....so fingers crossed that I can say yay like you!

Marissa...how many mg of Femara are you taking? I took 5mg CD3-CD7. I had some s/e but no where compared to the s/e I had from Clomid. I didn't O on Clomid either. Let me know how it goes!!!
