  I totally have the same problem... the only socks that stay on him are seriously the dollar bin socks from Target! haha... He still wears his candy corn and xmas socks to bed - and I dont think I will retire them until I can find a normal pair that stay on him.  My MIL watches him while we are working and probably thinks I'm crazy when I send him in those socks w/ his jammies.

  awww my suggestion was the trumpettes....also Old Navy socks are BIG in the feet but stay on pretty nicely in the leg/ankle.

  trumpettes are great!

   also, we have some puma ones from tjmaxx that are fantastic too! you can get packs of 6 in white with puma in different colors for about $4.:)

  Trumpettes are the only ones that stay on Maya, even though they are too long. Old Navy/Gap are good but really a bit too tight on her ankles.

  I like the short Target ones that are kind of unisex.  Circo maybe?  They have always worked for us.

  i've tried gymboree, gap baby, children's place and target (Hanes 6-12 mos). by far, Target/Hanes socks are the BEST!
