If you are a working mom, I have a question

Do you have LO on your medical insurance?

If so, does xh pay for a portion of that insurance?

    DD is on my medical insurance. It costs $150 a month and I have not gotten a dime for it. I have seen many times where it is court ordered that the EX carry insurance on LO, but not where he is ordered to pay if they are on yours. That being said, every situation is different, it can't hurt to try to get him to pay a portion!

    I do have DD on my medical insurance and now he doesn't pay a dime for it.

    I carry the medical insurance and ex's portion is calculated into CS...he rarely pays that but it's owed.

    she has health, dental and vision. i pay all of it and always have. it's much less at my current job -- only around $70/mo for both of us.

    My dd is on my insurance. At the time of my divorce, my xh did not have a steady job and I couldn't trust him to keep her covered so it's in our decree that I carry, and he reimburse me for it. Amazingly, he actually does pay me for it.
