I hate my job I HATE HATE HATE my job

The company I work for is aweful their accounting and timekeeping practices/ethics are pounded into our heads once a year during ethics training.  Which I am fine with since I am not really into breaking federal law.

What pisses me off is that the accounting and timekeeping officers do not follow the ethics policies in place and regularly reject timesheets because they don't want to pay out sick leave, for absences that are directly related to using sick leave ethically. 

Why because they cannot bill the USPS for sick time!

I work for a big world wide govt contractor which makes this even worse because they are not only breaking US federal laws but also international laws.

I have been forced into using my vacation time once again for the b!tch that keeps rejecting my timecard everytime I use sick leave.  Whats worse is that the wench openly admits that she rejects the timecards because she can't bill for sick leave.  Problem is that it is heresay because she won't put that in e-mail form.

    Yes there is an anonymous hotline but you need to provide proof in the form of an e-mail, recording, voicemail or other employees willing to speak up.  Since we are all pretty desperate to keep our jobs no one is willing to back me up even though I have a good ten employees that have had this happen repeatedly to them.

    I wanna take a friggin vacation with my family this summer and if I keep getting forced into this crap I won't be able to use my vacation time for a real vacation!

    God I wish I could just quite!
