I had an IUI on Saturday. I had slight discomfort on Saturday which I know is normal. Yesterday, I felt fine. Today, the discomfort is back. It's not painful, just slight discomfort on my right side. Is this normal?
I usually have some cramping right after my IUIs and then in the days that follow, I tend to have a dull ache and fullness at times. That's just my experience though. If you're concerned, a call to the RE never hurts. Good luck!
I had b2b IUIs on Friday and Saturday a week ago. On Monday and Tuesday I had increased cramping that was very uncomfortable. I have no idea what it all means as its too late after the IUI and too soon for implantation to really have meant much and since I havent had a beta yet I dont know if it was good or bad. But I assume its somewhat normal. Good luck hun!
It could be your ovary. Sometimes when you take fertility medications to stimulate your ovaries, one or both becomes enlarged. I wouldn't expect it to be a lot of an IUI cycle, but what you are describing sounds like it.
Hope you feel better soon

Re: Ladies with IUI experience...question
Yeah...a dull ache describes it. I'm not overly worried, just curious. I'll be talking to my RE tomorrow, so I'll ask then. Thanks!
I had discomfort for three or four days after my last IUI. Wasn't really cramps but like you said, more of a discomfort.
GL!!
It happened to me too, I am pretty sure it's normal.
If you are concerned or it gets worse, I am sure your RE's office wouldn't mind a call.
