Okay, I am new to the 'fertility treatment' scene.
Therefore, . . .I have NO CLUE what these acronyms mean!!!???
Reading some of the posts is like trying to decipher hieroglyphs!
(I know a couple: AF, TTC, SA, HSG, but that's about all.)
Can you guys put your knoweledge together and help me out?

After 7 rounds of clomid and HcG, Three failed IUI's with an ectopic pregnancy, two shots of methotrextate, ER visits, breaks, low (3%) morphology One IVF cycle (lupron, gonal-F) that ended in another ectopic, more methotrexate, A Lap to disconnect both tubes, remove endo and a hydrosalphinx, . . .we are finally expecting TWINS from FET#1!
1.11. 2011: Beginning FET cycle!
3.11.11- FET! (DH's birthday!) 2 blasts transfered!
3.20.11- BETA #1 BFP!!! 272! (9dp5dt)
3.23.11- BETA #2 1346!!! (12dp5dt)
4.8.11- U/S #1. . TWINS!!! . . .TWO BOYS!
9.10.11-My beautiful Boys arrive unexpectedly at 28 weeks, 6 days.

SAIFW - success after infertility welcome
TI, IUIs, IVF = c/ps and BFNs
POAS = pee on a stick (preg. test)
BETA = a blood test that measures pregnancy hormone (hcg)
BFN = big fat negative
H = husband
FET = frozen embryo transfer
c/p = chemical pregnancy
saifw . . . . success after infertility welcome (means those that have had success are allowed to reply to your posts)

beta - the blood draw they do to tell you if you are pregnant

saifw - success after infertility welcome. We put this in our siggies to let the ladies who have moved on with success that it is ok to post in our threads. Many will not answer if they don't see it in the op's siggy in case it would be upsetting due to kids in siggy or tickers, etc.
Currently pg with our 1st after 6.5 yrs of IF (thank you IVF)

Unexplained Infertility
After two Clomid cycles, three injectable IUI cycles, two IVFs, two miscarriages, and one lap surgery, IVF #2 has brought us our little boy!

After months of being postponed or cancelled, FET #1.3 (Natural FET) brought us twin girls!
