My comforter burned in the dryer :-(

I followed the directions.  I am pissed.  I feel violent.  It's nearly brand new and cost me $80.

    I'm sorry. :-(  I'd be pissed too.  Do you have the receipt or the original packaging?  (Some stores are pickier than others, not sure what kind or anything.)  Good luck.

    I have no freaking clue.  I mean, yes, it was fluffy and took up basically the whole dryer, but we tumbled on low like it said to do.  We normally have quilts, but this was my first comforter and I loved it. :-(

    No... no receipt.  We got it back in November I think and I didn't save it after a certain point.

    you could still call...

    I would.

    Defective product and all, the company knows from the tags they made it

    (if you paid w/ CC, that may work to pull recipts)
