Stroller recommendations?

I was given a hand-me-down stroller and I hate it.  It's big and bulky and plastic-y.  What stroller do you have and do you like it?  I want something lightweight, simple and easy to unfold.

Re: Stroller recommendations?

  • I have a Bugaboo Bee, I love it.  It's very light, small and unfolds with one hand.  I got the Graco carseat adaptor too so it can function as a snap-n-go for quick trips.  The seat is also removable so if you're using it with the carseat, it's basically just the frame.  I like this feature because it makes it super small still, unlike those bulky travel systems.  The seat has I think 4 incline settings so it can be used for newborns, and it can face you or outward.  It has a huge sun canopy too.

The only downside I've found so far is the price.

  • I have the Baby Jogger City Mini and I love it! It's also easy, light and folds/unfolds with one hand...and very maneuverable (also with one hand). We have the adapter and the Graco carseat fits in it, and it's not too $$ ($229)

  • We have the Graco Quattro Tour stroller & a BOB Revolution. LOVE both of them but if I had to pick I'd go with the BOB in a heartbeat.

THIS!  I got mine's used on craigslist.  I've seen them selling on eBay for slightly cheaper.  Well worth the investment since it can last you many years and since it is a high-end stroller you can sell it used for a higher price.

  • Peg Perego Pilko P3. I freaking love it! It folds up like a umbrella stroller, one handed, it's really light, easy to maneuver.

I'm 5 feet tall, so I really needed something non bulky, light and easy to get in and out of the car. This one rocks.
