Birthing Option Classes in Baltimore??

My husband and I are weighing our delivery options, and I'm wondering if there are any decent classes that we can take in the Baltimore area. We live downtown. Any suggestions??

    I live downtown, too, and am delivering at Mercy.  Mercy has a class (you have to go to the website and get the number -- the schedule wasn't online last I checked), but I am taking one at Franklin Square instead.  It was more convenient for our schedule.  GBMC has a ton of class options.  Mercy's schedule was more limited.

    My first question for you is what do you want out of your birthing experience?  Your answer really depends on what classes would be good to take.

    Agree w/ pp. I'm taking the yoga birth classes through charm city yoga bc I want to deliver in a natural stress-free environment.
