I EP and Im having a hard time finding when to pump during the day. It usually takes me 15 minutes to pump every 3 hours and it seems like LO will sleep all day EXCEPT the times I choose to pump. I sit here now with him squirming and whining next to me. **sigh**

Does he have/like a bouncer? I usually put DD in her bouncer and rock it with my foot while I pump. You could also get one of those hand free bras so your hands are available.

I must have given birth to Princess Crabbypants because I have the same problem. As soon as DH gets home I run to the pump!

It was the same with me when I was pumping! I strongly relied on the milk I'd pump in the morning (when I got the most) because I was absolutely unable to stay on a schedule during the day. If I tried to pump as soon as DS fell asleep, he'd let me get maybe 5 or 7 minutes in before he woke up and started crabbing.

I EP and sometimes I have to actually hold her on one side and pump the other and then switch. ?Of course this takes double the time and is a huge PITA. ?I love the days DH comes home early or when my mom comes down to help!

invest in a hands free bra. I can hold him, rock him, burp him, change his diaper all while pumping hands free. Just make sure everything you need is in an arms reach.

It gets better. My miss crabby pants would start wailing as soon as I would sit down to pump, it's like she had a six sense, as you can imagine it did not make pumping a good experience. Last week she started enjoying her swing and bouncy seat and i can actually get 10-15min of pumping...
