I'm so mad at myself. I left it out for almost 2 hours last night after I used it. All I can think about is how my nurse kept telling me I MUST keep it refrigerated, especially after it's opened. I called and left a message about it. Now I'm worried that the quality of the Lupron has been affected. Anyone know??

You should be fine.
When I first got my Lupron it wasn't in a cold pack so I didn't know it needed to be in the fridge. It was in my medicine cabinet for a few days before I asked my nurse about it. She said to move it to the fridge but it was still good to use. I'm sure the few hours it was out didn't do any damage

According to my pharmacist, Lupron doesn't have to be refrigerated until it's opened... that's why it doesn't come cold.
and YGPM, btw.

my pharmacist said once it was opened it should go in the fridge. However, I think I left out every med at one point in time and I was always told it was totally fine.
GL:)
I have never refrigerated my Lupron and it's never been an issue.
My handbook from CVS/Caremark Mail Order Pharmacy didn't say anything about Lupron needing to be refrigerated (and it provides a list for all meds and their storage) so I don't think it's an issue...
