What was your E2 level at your baseline? Mine is 106 right now and it needs to drop to 50 to start stims (for a study). I am taking 150 units of lupron per night. Anyone have any experience with dropping E2 prior to starting stims?

I can't remember exactly off the top of my head but I think they've always been in the 20-30 range.

Mine is usually around 15.

Mine is usually below 50, except for IVF 3, it was at 100ish. I just extended my lupron for an extra 2 days, and the E2 dropped. No biggie. The nurse said it happens all the time.
