VENT: Diaper Bag

I am super annoyed...I found this diaper bag I LOVED and ordered it online.  Apparently, no one told me, but apparently, the diaper bag isn't made anymore and there are no more in stock.  My credit card was charged and I've been waiting for it for three weeks.  I called today and they said "we emailed you and told you it wasn't available anymore."  Ummmm no you didn't...and since when do you get to charge me for diaper bags that you didn't send me...huh?  Vent over.  Thanks for listening.

    Oh wow, I would have reamed them out & their manager for charging my credit card!!

    They did refund me...but now I don't have a diaper bag :(  And I can't find any I like.  This was seriously the only one I found after looking forever!

    I don't know how much you are looking to spend, but I love the Petunia Pickle Bottom bag I bought last year.  It's so nice and roomy, and has a ton of places for bottles and other small stuff.
