P & T owner question

I know most posts say they have taken their P& T on most terrains but I was wondering specifically how it is at the beach.  I live in RI and spend most summer days at the beach and would love to be able to use my stoller on the sand without a problem.  I know the Bob has a nice ride on the sand but I really do not want a side by side.

    I've taken ours to the beach a few times.  It's not as easy to pull through the sand as our single BOB, but is probably partly due to the extra weight from 2 kids.  Also, I had a bum tire within 4 weeks of buying the thing, and the guy who repaired it said may be due to use on the beach. :(  It's certainly do-able though.  HTH!

    Does not do well at Cape May, NJ, Myrtle Beach or Outter Banks.

    Maybe a beach with packed sand.
