?? for 2nd time Mom's who pump....

in 2nd Trimester
I am planning on BF and pumping to bottle feed and am planning to use the same pump I had for DS. Whats your take on parts....do I need to replace everything, or just some pieces, or nothing??? I did call to get new tubing...it's free from Medela b/c that still has condensation in it...yuck!! Thanks in advance for your help!!

    I have the Ameda, so I don't know if it's different for the Medela, but I'm not planning on replacing anything.  I'm just going to boil me up a big batch of breast pump part stew to disinfect everything (the 20 minutes or so they say you can do when it's new to disinfect).

    how did you get the free tubing?  I called the other day but was just directed to the local walgreens for parts.  my tubing also has the condensation.  Thanks!!

    I talked to a woman named Karen and she offered to send me new tubing free of cost b/c there isn't a place that carries the tubing in my area. I can get all the other parts, just not the tubing. I would just call again and tell them that you looked at Walgreen's and they don't carry it, and that should send you some.

    I got new tubing towards the end of BF/pumping with DS...so it should be good for awhile.  I am getting new shields, the yellow pieces, and the connectors to the shields.

    I got free tubing for my PISA by emailing customer service and asking them where I can buy new tubing, and they said they will mail me 2 new tubes for free.
