What are the poops like? They seem to be more liquidy now (not hard anymore)....should I back off? PLus she has 2-3 a day now. It's doesn't seem to bother her though.

I think most people mix formula or bm with the cow's milk until you eventually end up with all cow's milk so its not such a shock to the system.
DS1 has hard poop with milk...no more liquid poops unless he's sick.
I've done this.
We did this too and still have the same results. I honestly think formula is tougher on the system, depending what kind you use. C was on Enfamil premium and the pedi indicated that if he had no issues with that, transitioning to milk should be fairly easy. He didn't notice a difference.... and the only difference we see is the slight change in poops. Not a biggie in my mind.
I tried about 10 days ago and mixed 2 oz of cows milk with 6 oz of formula for her 8 oz bed time bottle and then the next day I did something similar. She had terrible liquidy poop and got a rash so I stopped giving cows milk. Then she had some cheese the other day and had the same type of poop. I am lactose intollerant and I'm really nervous that DD is going to have the same issues I have. We are going to wait until her 12 month check up in a couple of weeks and see what the pedi says. So, back to just formula for now and we'll lay off the cheese too.
