We did. In our area, I have heard the practice is $100 for the church and $100 for the priest personally. We have twins, so we gave $200 for the church and $100 for the priest personally.

Yes...a donation to the church and then we gave a gift of $ to the priest.

We gave the decan a gift card to a local restaurant with a note to take his wife on a date.

For the church I just put extra in the collection plate that week.

Yes, we did. We gave a card with a check. However we also knew that he would donate it to the church. He had mentioned it when we met about the baptism. I think it showed our appreciated for him doing it, and the money still stayed with the church.
