We are going to my friend's house this weekend to meet our 3 week old Goddaughter and I told them I would bring food. Suggestions? Lunch, easy - dinner, easy...brunch, what was I thinking, lol.
Fruit, orange juice, crossants, what else? I did not want them to have to worry about cooking for us but I cannot figure out if there is a way to do this without needing to cook a lot at their house either.
Re: Any suggestions for bringing brunch to someone's house
breakfast casserole
Stuffed French Toast
Cheese and Grits
A quiche?
Or just keep it simple with nice bagels, cream cheese, and fruit salad.
Vomit
have you ever tried it
Uhmmm.. yeah... NO! I'm in California. They don't sell that stuff, let alone allow it to be eaten. But seriously, SHRIMP grits with cheese for breakfast? Gross out!
Bwhahaha, this just out! The USDA prohibits the contamination of grits by way of shrimp.
And, gibs, you sound just like my H. He thinks everything is gross, most things that he hasn't even TRIED. Makes me want to throatpunch him sometimes.
Oh, and the GROSS OUT statement sounds supah CA.
