2nd Trimester

I feel bad but....

I recently started to feel Daniella move....I couldn't believe it at first...

In fact no one knows except DH....and now I am posting it here...

Although its amazing knowing she is good and moving around in there...the whole feeling makes me sick.....I am not sure why....I feel like M/S all over again.....

I feel like such a bad mother already and she is not even in my arms.....

Sometimes she moves so much I just want a break and want to ask her to stop.......Aggg

Does anyone else feel like that?

  • I actually haven't been feeling my LO consistently yet.  But I have worried that it might make me nasueous.  I feel so much better than I did in 1st tri but I still very easily get nauseous and have worried that his movement could contribute.  Don't feel bad...I am sure we aren't the only ones.

  • I don't feel nauseated so much, but when I do feel movement it makes me somewhat uncomfortable. I asked my mom last week if it was supposed to be a pleasant feeling, because I don't feel like it is really. I don't think you are a bad mother for not thinking it's the most pleasant experience ever.

  • I've been feeling movement since wk 21.  The baby seems to be moving around almost constantly!  For the most part, I'm ok & the hard kicks will still surprises me sometimes.  Every now & then, it pushes on something & either makes me have to pee every 30mins or feel sick to my stomach

  • Nah...you're not a bad mom!  I love being able to feel LO kick because it's reassuring that everything is Ok, but there are days and times when I really want him/her to just chill!  Sometimes when LO really gets going I actually start feeling queasy, so you're not alone.  When that happens, I find walking around actually helps.  The movement usually gets LO to settle down.
