We introduced solids very late, so DS is still eating mostly BM. I am trying to incorporate more solids now and want an idea of what most kids his age eat in a day.
Here is his normal schedule:
6 AM - nurse
6:45 - fruit
8:30 - nurse
10:00 - snack, usually fruit or veggie
11:30 nurse
2:30 nurse
4:00 nurse
5:30 - dinner, usually whatever we eat and some extra veggies
6:00 - nurse
3:00 AM - nurse
Re: What is your 11 month old's eating schedule like?
Not exact but around this:
7am - 6oz bottle
9am - light snack, pears, apples, etc.
10am - pancakes or a puffett
noon - 6oz bottle
2pm - yogurt and cheese pieces
4pm - 6oz bottle
5:30-6pm - dinner, usually whatever we are having
6:30pm bedtime 6oz bottle
She only really drinks all of her morn and bedtime bottle, the rest of the bottles are hardly ever finished lately
This makes me feel a lot better. I felt like he wasn't getting enough. Lately when I pump I can only get 4 ounces and I felt like he needed more solids to make up for it. But it looks like they are all getting similar amounts.
Thanks!
6 am nurse then usually back to sleep
8 am sometimes nurse
9 am yogurt and cheerios for breakfast
10:30-11 a 4-5 oz bottle (or nurse on weekend) then down for nap
1-2 lunch (grilled cheese, turkey slices, chicken nugets, fruit etc)
3:30 a 4-5 oz bottle (or nurse on weekend) then second nap
6-6:30 dinner (baked chicken, pasta, quesadilla etc fruit)
