Does anyone have suggestions on what to do to keep your fasting numbers low first thing in the morning? I have no problem keeping my numbers where they should be after mealls (as long as I ate what I was supposed to
). However, my numbers in the morning are always higher than the 95 that the Dr. wants. I've tried eating nothing, eating carbs, and eating protiens right before bed. So far, nothing has helped! Any ideas??

There was nothing I could do to help my fasting number. I ended up on insulin.
