Lambs & Ivy bedding

Does anyone have Lambs & Ivy crib bedding?  The set I like is the Baby Picasso Sage, but it received mixed reviews online for quality and Baby Bargains gave Lambs & Ivy a B (or C - i can't remember exactly) grade...  I can't find it in a store so I'd have to buy online, which makes me nervous.  Any input on this would be appreciated!

Thanks!!

  • I have the Wings set.  I think it is really nice.  The only "issue" I had was that the bumper was really really thick, but I was planning on using a breathable bumper anyway.  I took the bumper apart and am using the fabric for some sewing projects.

  • I cautiously ordered the Park Avenue set from BabySupermall.com - I couldn't find reviews on it anywhere and I couldn't find it in a store, but it looked nice in the photo.  I went ahead and ordered it thinking I could return it if we didn't like it.  Well, the colors are a little different than they look in the photo, but we do like it, and I think the quality is similar to sets that are way more pricey.  It's very soft.  I haven't washed anything yet, so I can't say how it holds up, but I'd say go for it and return if you don't like.  I'd also try to buy from a site that has free shipping so you only have to pay if you return it.  Baby Super Mall had free shipping for orders over $100 and it came in really quickly - less than 5 days.

Good luck!  Choosing bedding was very difficult for DH & I b/c our tastes are very different.  I feel much better now that we've agreed on one.

  • We have the Baby Coco set for DS and overall it is great quality- the fabrics are very soft, etc. and everything washes well. One complaint is the sheet ripped a tiny bit by the elastic, it was a really tight fit on my mattress and hard to get on compared to Carter's sheets.

  • We have the Team Safari bedding, and I like it a lot. I love how soft it is. It has different textures on it like corduroy and suede so it will be great for tummy time. The bumper is pretty soft. We haven't decided if we're using it yet since he will be in the pnp for the first couple months anyway, but I have it on the crib now and it looks adorable. The sheet fits well though, even with a mattress pad.

  • I have the Wings set also!!  I think it is quite nice.  I would order it again if I was doing things over again.
