  This happened to me.  My first us with DS was at 6 weeks at the RE.  Slow heartbeat, less than 75 bpm.  Went back 10 days later and all was well.  I too have PCOS.

  If her dates are off, it's possible that the heart is just starting to beat and that's why it's slow. If she's sure of her dates, unfortunately it does not look good. I hope it's the former.
