im sure this has been asked hundreds of times so im sorry in advance. i did look back a little and didnt see anything on it.....
i will be using BG 3.0s for our LO when he gets here. I bought them used and want to wash them before he gets here (which im told could be basically any time now...). i've been looking at the EFF blog (which is INSANELY helpful!!) but am wondering if anyone knows if its ok to use All Free and Clear on the diapers?? I used it for all LOs clothes, sheets, etc but dont want to ruin the diapers so thought i would ask first!
i really hope this isnt a completely stupid question
im trying to learn i promise!!!

oh- and if its not ok- where are some good (cheap) places online to get CD detergent??
Re: detergent ? for cloth diapers
I haven't tried it yet so someone may have an opinion about it but I think I'm going to buy some Rockin Green.

Not a dumb question. A good detergent is very important. BGs can be finicky so I go with the BG recommended list.

thank you!!! im not sure what 'military version' means but all free and clear is on there so maybe its ok??
I am pretty sure the normal one isn't the best. The military version is available on bases, commissaries, etc.

interesting... ive never heard of it. ill have to check out the commissary!
Yup anything that says military version you can only buy if you have access to a military base/commissary. The version sold in regular grocery stores will not be the same and therefore not good for CD's.
This site is very helpful. ?It looks like the All F & C is top rated. ?https://www.pinstripesandpolkadots.com/detergentchoices.htm
I'm wondering if Tide F&C is just as good. ?I just bought two huge things of it on sale at BRU. ?I hope it doesn't damage my CDs.?
both the all f&c and the tide free are only rated average on that link.... the military version of all is ranked very well. but thanks a TON for that link!!!
and thanks for all the info girls!! ill check out our commissary tomorrow!
