We're thinking about introducing the idea, DD's not ready yet but we got a little potty to introduce the idea and get her comfortable with it. So anyone have a potty book they like?
This is the potty book I bought for DD. I don't know that much about potty books in general and I am not sure what you are looking for. Regardless, DD loves this book. I think we have read this thing a million times. It is cute. I was just looking for something to kind of introduce the idea and start a conversation about the potty. This did the trick.
And here's a quote from the book for you: "My diaper's where I pee and poop, morning, noon, and night!" For some reason, DD thinks that is a hysterical line.
I celebrated my birthday last year by going to Barnes and Noble, sitting in the middle of the children's section and reading potty books aloud to my son and other random children, to see which ones I could stand to read over and over and over and over again. The ones I took home were Even Firefighters Go to the Potty and The Potty Train.
Re: Rec your potty books
Good question. I have looked and looked and can't find any that I like.
And you are talking about a potty book for Megan, not you, right?
