think i got a girl name - thoughts

in 2nd Trimester

If we have a boy it will named after DH so been trying to think of girl names one that i keep coming back to is:

Lucy Belle

      or

Lucy Marie

    I like Lucy Marie - but Marie is a very common middle name.... but who cares??  I still like it!

    This. Lucy is cute enough without a cutesy MN. Just my opinion. You do what you love! I like Lucy a lot.

    I really like Lucy Marie.  I think it has a better flow than Lucy Belle (although I think that's cute too).

    Lucy is one of our top names (after my grandmother)... we tend to like the girly names (Lucy, Lila, etc)... but we have really tried to pair them with non-girly middle names, otherwise it just sounds like too much. If we use Lucy... I might refer to her endearingly as Lucy Belle (as my mom calls me Kelsey Belle--even though it isn't my middle name)... but use a MN more neutral. Right now here are our ideas...

    Lucy Pierce

    Lucy Palmer (my middle name and other GM maiden name)

     Originally, we thought of pairing Lucy with MIL name... Jean, but although I thought Lucy Jean was super cute... it was too cute.
