  • Cute! What kind of camera do you have? Make sure you have enough light so that you don't underexpose the photos. And see if you can adjust the white balance. Sometimes when you take photos indoors they can turn out too yellow. Check out the photo board on the Bump for more tips.

I just have a Sony Cybershot. It's point and shoot and simple. I wish I had the money for a good camera. This one is decent and one of the best I've had, but now that I have Kayleigh and take soooo many pictures it would be nice to have a better camera.

  • You can probably still adjust the white balance on it. See if you can look it up in the manual. Often times when you're indoors the camera guesses what the light source is, but it turns out too yellow. You can specifically set it to overcast or different indoor lights. See if you can play with it until you get a setting that is not too blue and not too yellow.

Same with the ISO. You can probably set it manually, although setting it higher gives you more grain. But if your shutter speed is low, i.e. below 1/50, you get camera shake and everything looks blurry.

I think your DD is adorable!

Thank you!! Smile I'll also try to find the manual for this thing. I have no idea where it is. But I can't figure out the settings you were talking about on my actual camera.
