Mexican Restaurant
Does anyone know of any good Mexican Restaurants that do catering? I am looking for a place to cater my baby shower. Preferably in the Cerritos or surrounding areas.

Los Compadres in Long Beach is one of my favorite Mexican restaurants (a little far from Cerritos)
Super Mex is good too, there is one in Lakewood
I have also used El Pollo Loco Catering, it is pretty good, inexpensive and has a Mexican menu. Some locations will deliver.
Avila's El Ranchito is yummy. I have used them to cater a lot of company events. We normally use the Long Beach restaurant, but they have one in Santa Ana and San Clemente. They have very good chimichangas (minis).
It also depends on what you want. My mother has done enchilidas, rice and beans as catering before. This is just her specialty and the only things she will cater. If you are intersted im my mommy let me know.
